Josh is the Team Lead and a luxury broker here at listingsoftampa.com of Pineywoods Realty. Originally from Michigan he knows first hand what relocating from out of state looks like as many of our teams clients are from outside of the Greater Tampa area.
He has a vast knowledge in his 15 years of finance, investment real estate and residential sales. His knowledge starts with 10 years of running an investment company. This gives his clients an advantage in negotiation and he has a strong accumen in how to be a landlord and how to remodel or "flip" a property when needed. In addition he has held at one time 17 individual state mortgage licenses which provides his clients a second set of eyes when it comes to their lending and financing needs.
He loves to help clients with his consultative approach. Many times he can think outside the box to achieve any clients goals big or small.
